Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium client experience by offering tailored guidance and service that reflects the brand at every interaction.
• Support store sales by presenting the full product range, using upselling and cross-selling approaches to help achieve targets and KPIs.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through CRM initiatives, private events, and targeted marketing activities.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store standards to create a polished, inviting, and luxury-led retail environment.
• Handle store operations with care, including accurate stock control and compliance with security procedures.
