Overview
This role sits within FairPrice Group’s Food Services business, which operates across Singapore through brands such as NTUC Foodfare, Kopitiam, and Heavenly Wang. The business serves a wide range of customers with affordable, nutritious meals in settings including food courts, neighbourhood locations, army camps, hospitals, and childcare centres.
The position is part of an accelerated 2-year Food Services Pathway created for promising talent who want to take on meaningful responsibility early in their careers. The programme is designed to develop future leaders for food and beverage operations through practical exposure, guided learning, and mentorship.
Programme Structure
You will begin at the frontline and gain experience across the business through structured rotations and hands-on work. You will also be matched to one core area based on your interests:
- B2C: Retail Dining and Food Courts
- B2B: Catering and Institutional Services
- Food Manufacturing
Over the 2-year journey, you will deepen your operational knowledge, grow your leadership abilities, understand different customer groups and business models, and learn how frontline execution supports broader business goals.

Requirements
Applicants should be diploma or degree graduates with no more than 2 years of formal work experience. Having a relevant diploma, degree, qualification such as Food Hygiene Certification, or prior related experience will be an added advantage.
