About Admetrics
Admetrics is focused on reshaping e-commerce marketing with the help of science and technology. The company builds SaaS solutions that help marketing teams grow more efficiently and profitably by using evidence-based decision-making. With strong domain knowledge and proprietary technology, the team turns complex data into practical insights that help clients stay ahead of the competition.
Role overview
As a Frontend Engineer, you will create and refine user interface components for Admetrics’ analytics platform. This role is suited to an engineer with strong modern JavaScript experience who can work closely with a skilled technical team to deliver dependable, scalable products. You will also collaborate with internal and external APIs and report directly to the CTO. The position is fully remote and intended for individual contributors.
Key responsibilities
- Help shape the direction and long-term technical approach within your area of expertise.
- Promote strong engineering standards and encourage best practices across the organization.
- Build contemporary frontend applications using component-driven frameworks, with React as the preferred option.
- Develop and support frontend services and smaller JavaScript-based applications.
- Create and maintain automated workflows such as scheduled tasks, data-processing pipelines, and reporting processes.
- Take part in architecture conversations and day-to-day collaboration with the engineering team.
- Keep expanding your technical and business understanding across the company and its systems.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English for a remote, mostly asynchronous environment; German is an advantage.
- Ability to explain complex technical and architectural topics clearly and suggest practical, iterative solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly agile development setting.
- Proven ability to join an organization and contribute effectively over the long term.
- Strong communication habits, including aligning with peers and giving clear progress updates.
- Experience taking ownership of a project from idea through proposal, discussion, and delivery.
- Fluent English at C1 level or above.
Technical requirements
- Strong command of plain JavaScript, including its edge cases, along with solid CSS knowledge and familiarity with preprocessors such as SASS, SCSS, or LESS.
- Hands-on experience with modern component-based frontend frameworks, especially React.
- Good understanding of browser behavior, frontend memory usage, and performance tuning.
Why join Admetrics
- Open, low-hierarchy culture that values direct communication and quick decisions.
- A knowledgeable team environment that supports learning, collaboration, and shared success.
- Agile ways of working that help the team respond effectively to complex problems.
- Remote-first setup with flexibility to support work-life balance across different locations.
- Regular team retreats for connection, brainstorming, and relaxation.
- Work designed to minimize distractions and support focused productivity.
- High ownership and autonomy, with room to lead meaningful projects.
