Role Summary

In this Front Office Shift Leader position, you will take charge of front desk operations during your shifts and ensure a smooth and welcoming guest journey. You will manage check-in and check-out processes, look after both domestic and international guests in a professional and personal manner, and serve as a key contact for requests, questions, and special concerns alongside the Guest Relations team.

You will lead, guide, and support the Front Office team, maintain clear task allocation, and ensure that service and quality standards are consistently upheld. In addition, you will work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Revenue teams. You will also contribute to shift and leave scheduling, help onboard new team members, and support process improvements, upselling initiatives, and guest loyalty efforts.

Applicants should bring strong service and host-oriented thinking, a confident and professional presence, and a genuine interest in delivering individualized guest care at an international standard.

Leadership ability is important, including experience in coordinating teams, motivating colleagues, giving constructive feedback, and helping build a respectful and inclusive workplace.

Very good written and spoken German and English are required; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.

You should also be comfortable using common hotel software systems, including PMS and cashier systems.
