About the Role

Zulal Wellness Resort is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front Office Manager to spearhead front office operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences. As a vital part of the resort's leadership, you will oversee all facets of front office management, encompassing guest services, team advancement, operational efficiency, and revenue enhancement. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct the daily activities of the Front Office to ensure seamless guest interactions and superior service delivery.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining premier hospitality standards and effectively resolving guest issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Front Office team, promoting a positive and cooperative workplace.
  • Establish departmental objectives and ensure the achievement of operational goals and performance benchmarks.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of Front Office staff.
  • Champion company values, policies, and the service culture throughout the team.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and operational synergy.
  • Manage departmental resources prudently and promote cost-effective and sustainable operational practices.
  • Maintain a professional, orderly, and secure environment in both front and back office areas.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in Front Office operations, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity within a luxury resort, hotel, or high-end hospitality setting.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive operational knowledge of Front Office software and other relevant hospitality technology systems.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage effective teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest relations skills; fluency in both English and Arabic is advantageous.
  • Showcase strong capabilities in organization, problem-solving, and decision-making, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Exhibit high adaptability, resilience, and a guest-centric approach, proactively striving to exceed guest expectations and deliver outstanding hospitality.
