Your day-to-day work

• Welcome guests warmly and represent the hotel as a friendly, attentive host.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Receive, process, and manage reservation enquiries.
• Take ownership of cash handling and debtor control.
• Carry out front office administrative duties independently and reliably.
• Help ensure smooth operations across early, late, and night shifts.
• Maintain active communication between all departments of the hotel.

Compensation

The starting salary for this full-time role is EUR 2,710 gross per month, with further growth possible depending on experience and/or education.

About the workplace

Holiday Inn Express Trier is a modern, newly built property located directly on the Moselle river. The hotel was completed in January 2020 and includes 158 rooms, along with a bar and breakfast area.
