Role overview
For the Campanile Leipzig Halle Airport hotel in Schkeuditz, we are looking for a full-time Front Office Agent to join the reception team as soon as possible. This position is suited to someone with at least six months of experience at the front desk who is eager to take on a new challenge in an international setting.
Guest service
- Act as the first point of contact for hotel guests and ensure smooth arrival and departure processes.
- Create a welcoming experience while handling check-in and check-out efficiently.
Reservations and communication
- Handle booking enquiries and reservation requests by phone and email.
- Advise guests about the hotel’s services, current events, and nearby attractions.
Team support
- Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- At least six months of professional experience in front office work or a similar role in hospitality.
- Enjoys interacting with people and presents a friendly, professional manner.
- Strong communication skills and a structured, dependable way of working, including in busy situations.
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
