About the role
For the &REPEAT Köln Airport hotel in Cologne, we are looking for a Front Office Agent who wants to contribute ideas, work in a modern design-led environment, and help shape the guest experience. The team is described as motivated, ambitious, and strongly connected, with short decision-making paths and a flat management structure.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, including VIP visitors, and handle check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to reservation requests by phone and email.
- Take on organisational and administrative work across both the front office and back office.
- Prepare debtor accounting documents and pass them on to the relevant department.
- Advise guests individually on the hotel’s location, facilities, and full range of services.
- Work closely with all departments to create a memorable hotel stay.
- Share responsibility for achieving guest satisfaction targets.
Profile
- You ideally have completed hotel training or studied hotel or tourism management.
- Career changers are also welcome.
- You should enjoy working with guests and taking a service-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and expression skills are important.
- You need a solution-focused, independent, and responsible way of working.
- Very good German skills in speaking and writing are required, at least B2/C1.
