  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all beverage items featured on the menu and execute service consistently.
  • Provide full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar, including thoughtful pairing suggestions.
  • Prepare beverage orders accurately and without delay for both servers and guests, ensuring smooth service throughout the house.
  • Keep the bar and lounge clean, well-organized, and ready for service at all times.

Requirements

  • Prior serving experience at a high level of competence is necessary.
  • Working knowledge of bartending fundamentals, including classic cocktails and highballs.
  • Confidence in starting and sustaining conversation in a variety of guest interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of priorities.
  • Comfort discussing food and beverages in a positive, engaging manner.
  • High energy, optimism, and a positive guest-facing attitude.
  • Ability to show leadership, exercise sound judgment, and act confidently.
