- Guide guests to the right place and make sure they feel comfortable and well-informed.
Meeting room coordination
- Help schedule and prepare meeting rooms for clients and internal teams.
- Confirm that AV tools, supplies, and other room essentials are set up before meetings begin.
Administrative support
- Keep track of office and pantry stock, including stationery, supplies, and refreshments.
- Handle basic administrative work such as printing, filing, and answering incoming phone calls.
- Work with vendors or internal teams when maintenance, supplies, or restocking support is needed.
Workspace readiness
- Carry out regular inspections of common areas, lounges, and meeting rooms to ensure they stay neat, inviting, and in line with Zo Spaces standards.
- Escalate any issues that could affect guest comfort or the overall experience.
Ideal candidate
The role suits someone who is personable, service-minded, articulate, and detail-oriented. Comfort with booking platforms and email tools is important, and experience in hospitality, coworking, or front-desk work will be considered a plus.
