Role overview
This position supports the success of Frito Lay Canada by delivering strong customer service to a mix of large and small retail accounts, including supermarkets and variety stores. The work centers on in-store merchandising, keeping products fresh through rotation, setting up and maintaining displays, organizing back-room storage, and moving stock from storage areas to the sales floor.
Key responsibilities
- Stock and present PepsiCo products on shelves, racks, and display fixtures in stores.
- Use point-of-sale materials to support product visibility and sales.
- Maintain tidy, organized back-room inventory and keep shelving areas clean.
- Build positive relationships with assigned accounts by delivering dependable service.
- Carry out all duties safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and access to a dependable vehicle are required.
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail customer service is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- You should be able to work independently with limited supervision.
- The role involves repeated bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching above shoulder level.
- You must be able to lift more than 50 pounds and move or push up to 200 pounds with a pallet jack.
