Equal opportunity and hiring notes
Extreme Networks welcomes applicants from underrepresented backgrounds and states that it does not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, gender, marital or domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status. The company also says it works to prevent more subtle forms of exclusion, including stereotyping, from taking hold in the workplace.
The employer also mentions that artificial intelligence tools may be used during parts of the hiring process to help review applications, evaluate resumes, and identify possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruitment team, but final decisions are made by people. Applicants may contact the company for more information about how data is processed.
