Job description
About the role
DSV is looking for a Freight Forwarder for Sea Freight Pricing at its Krefeld location as soon as possible. The role sits within the Air & Sea division in Germany and reports to Tanja Krawczyk.
What you will do
- Prepare quotations and develop sea freight pricing solutions.
- Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and service partners in coordination with specialist departments.
- Maintain, review, and control export and import pricing agreements.
- Organize and manage the follow-up process for quotations and offers.
- Carry out sales price monitoring based on customer orders and prepare reports in consultation with the team.
- Support tender processes by contributing to pricing calculations.

Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist, industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or an equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience handling sea freight pricing processes.
- Confident use of standard MS Office applications.
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication abilities, a confident manner, and a service- and customer-focused mindset.
- Good time management, flexibility, independence, and teamwork skills.
