Role Summary

This is a full-time remote position for a Freight Broker with Beeba Logistics Inc. The person in this role will manage daily freight activity by pairing shipper requirements with available carrier capacity, negotiating pricing, and confirming shipments. The job also includes developing and nurturing relationships with both shippers and carriers, managing load tenders, and monitoring shipments from collection to final delivery. In addition, the Freight Broker will support dispatch functions, provide prompt status updates, and quickly address delays, exceptions, or service concerns. Daily work will also include finding new business opportunities, supporting current accounts, maintaining transportation management system records, and making sure all documentation and compliance steps are completed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Match shipment needs with suitable carrier availability and negotiate freight rates.
  • Coordinate and confirm loads while managing load tenders and dispatch-related activities.
  • Track freight movements from pickup to delivery and keep all parties informed.
  • Build new customer relationships and support the growth of existing accounts.
  • Communicate professionally with shippers, carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records in transportation management systems and related logistics tools.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and compliance requirements are met.
  • Work independently in a remote setting while managing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in freight brokerage or brokerage operations, including carrier matching and rate negotiation.
  • Strong customer service abilities with clear communication and effective issue handling.
  • Dispatching experience covering load coordination, shipment monitoring, and timely updates.
  • Account management experience with a focus on retaining clients and supporting business growth.
  • Working knowledge of transportation management systems, load boards, and basic logistics software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay productive in a remote work setup.
  • Freight, logistics, or transportation background is preferred; related education or industry certifications are an advantage.
