Role Overview

Mindrift is seeking a highly adaptable Graphic Designer to support the Tendem project and contribute to specialized data-scraping workflows inside a hybrid AI plus human environment. In this freelance, part-time remote role, you will work alongside Tendem Agents that manage repetitive work while you apply design judgment, subject-matter understanding, and strong formatting skills to transform rough ideas into professional visual outputs.

What the Role Involves

This is a freelance assignment for a Tendem project. The work centers on layouts, infographics, social media templates, and overall visual refinement. The ideal candidate is a flexible all-round designer who can handle varied visual tasks using industry-standard tools to present information in a structured and polished way.

Key Responsibilities

• Create neat page layouts, contemporary infographics, and strong visual structures that make content easy to read and engaging.
• Develop reusable, attention-grabbing templates for multiple social media platforms, along with effective one-pager designs.
• Improve standard materials through advanced use of typography, grid systems, and considered composition.
• Convert raw concepts and data into refined visual assets that support marketing and communication objectives.
• Maintain quality by checking alignment, color treatment, and consistency before submitting deliverables.

This is project-based freelance work, so assignments are available only when active projects are running. Depending on your profile and current demand, you may be invited to participate in one or more projects.

To begin, you will need to complete the qualification process. Once approved, you may contribute to relevant projects on your own schedule.

Requirements

• Roughly 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is preferred.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative subject is an advantage.
• Strong command of typography, grid systems, and visual composition.
• Ability to present information clearly through modern infographics and social media templates.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma.
• Comfortable adapting designs across formats such as one-pagers and digital templates.
• English proficiency at Upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Committed to producing polished, professional-quality design outputs.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple visual tasks independently.
• A portfolio link with graphic design work is mandatory; applications without relevant examples will not be considered.

Project Time Expectations

During active phases, the workload is estimated at about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed; it applies solely while the project is live.

Compensation

Contributors can earn up to the hourly equivalent of USD 50 on this project, depending on level and pace of contribution. Pay may vary across other projects based on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
