Job description

Role Overview

Mindrift is seeking experienced frontend specialists to support the Tendem project and create polished landing pages and multi-page websites in a hybrid AI plus human workflow. In this role, you will act as an AI Pilot: AI agents will take care of repetitive tasks, while you focus on UI craftsmanship, design judgment, and quality assurance to deliver pages that are accurate, conversion-oriented, and aligned with real client briefs. This is a remote, part-time freelance opportunity suited to professionals who have practical experience building landing pages, small websites, and modern frontend interfaces.

About the Platform

The Mindrift platform brings domain specialists into AI-driven projects for leading technology companies. Its purpose is to combine real-world expertise with generative AI and help improve the quality and usefulness of AI systems.

What You Will Work On

You will design, build, and polish landing pages, waitlist pages, promotional pages, and compact multi-page websites such as portfolios, restaurant sites, small business websites, and simple online stores. The goal is to turn client requirements into responsive, fast, and visually refined web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create landing pages, waitlist pages, and promo pages with strong hero sections, clear calls to action, and layouts built to convert.
  • Develop small multi-page sites with sections such as Home, About, Services, and Contact, while keeping the structure aligned with the client brief.
  • Deliver mobile-first, responsive layouts that render consistently across browsers and devices.
  • Set up forms, email capture, basic analytics, and lightweight CMS or headless content integrations.
  • Apply on-page SEO fundamentals, including semantic markup, metadata, performance, and accessibility, so the pages are ready for ads and search visibility.
  • Review AI-produced frontend work and improve the structure, styling, markup, and content placement until it reaches production standards.
  • Identify and fix layout, performance, and cross-browser issues without close supervision.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in frontend development, landing page production, or website development.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Design, or a related discipline is an advantage.
  • Solid grounding in modern frontend development, responsive design, and building high-quality landing pages and small websites.
  • Confidence working with modern frontend frameworks and improving AI-assisted output into production-ready interfaces.
  • Strong ability in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design patterns.
  • Practical experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Next.js, Vue, Astro, or similar.
  • Experience using utility-first CSS tools like Tailwind or modern component libraries.
  • Ability to turn Figma mockups or written briefs into clean, maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with form handling, email capture tools, and basic analytics setups such as GA4 or Plausible.
  • Working knowledge of on-page SEO, WCAG-level accessibility basics, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Comfort using simple CMS platforms or headless content tools such as Webflow, Framer, Sanity, Contentful, or similar is beneficial.
  • Strong visual judgment and attention to detail so pages feel intentional rather than generic.
  • Self-managed working style with the ability to complete pages independently.
  • A portfolio showing delivered landing pages and/or small websites.
  • English level of upper-intermediate B2 or higher.

Working Pattern and Compensation

The expected workload during active phases is approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, depending on project needs. This is only an estimate and not a fixed guarantee, and it applies only while the project is active. Contributors can earn up to the equivalent of USD 60 per hour, based on experience and contribution pace. Pay levels can differ between projects depending on scope, complexity, and the expertise required.

Additional Information

This freelance opportunity is fully remote and can be handled on your own schedule, as long as you have a laptop and a stable internet connection. It also offers the chance to gain experience in a hybrid environment where people and AI agents work together, along with access to performance-based bonus programs that reward strong quality and steady delivery.
