Founding Marketing Lead (m/f/d)

Role Overview

JuicyLemons is hiring the first marketing lead for a rapidly expanding AI SaaS business based in Berlin. The company already supports thousands of teams in managing meetings, yet its marketing has been minimal so far. This role is for someone who wants to create the brand, content, events, and growth motion from the ground up.

You would be stepping into a nearly blank slate: brand positioning has not been fully developed, there is no content engine in place yet, and the events program is still to be built. The person hired will have broad ownership and freedom to shape how marketing is done across the business.

Responsibilities

• Design and run in-person marketing events across European cities such as dinners, roundtables, and workshops, including attendee curation, hosting, and post-event follow-up.
• Produce marketing content independently by interviewing customers, drafting posts, filming material, and publishing recaps.
• Support pipeline growth through focused campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and co-marketing activities.
• Take charge of the website as a conversion-focused channel by refining messaging, building pages, and improving performance.
• Partner closely with the founders and sales team to shape the company story and turn product updates into compelling narratives.

Requirements

• Experience building a marketing function, content channel, or event program from the ground up.
• Ability to create marketing assets independently, including writing, filming, and editing, without outsourcing the creative work.
• Confidence speaking publicly or hosting events, with comfort representing the brand in front of an audience.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to think in terms of pipeline and business outcomes rather than only impressions.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Bonus: background in B2B SaaS or finance marketing.
• Bonus: experience growing and managing a social presence with meaningful audience engagement.
• Bonus: comfort using analytics to understand what is working and why.
