Role Overview
Join a rapidly expanding seed-stage voice AI startup dedicated to revolutionizing automated customer call operations for B2C enterprises. Our platform empowers businesses to automate sales, support, and other operational calls with intelligent, human-like AI agents. We are seeking our inaugural sales team member to spearhead pipeline development, design our go-to-market strategy, and establish a scalable sales infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of qualified sales pipelines aimed at increasing revenue tenfold within the next year.
- Identify and connect with the right prospects through targeted and thoughtful communication.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and current customers.
- Manage sales pipeline activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records.
- Develop and refine repeatable sales processes and continuously optimize outreach methodologies.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in sales or business development roles; experience in early-stage startups is highly advantageous.
- Experience in building go-to-market strategies and establishing repeatable sales processes from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified sales pipelines and driving revenue growth.
- Skilled in multi-channel outreach strategies including email, LinkedIn, and phone communications as well as CRM management.
- Strong business insight with the ability to comprehend and communicate diverse industry and company needs effectively.
- Fluent in both English and German languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consistent overachievement against sales targets or key performance indicators.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settings and willing to engage in hands-on, essential activities.
- Experience selling to B2C or SaaS customers is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to work full-time onsite in Berlin alongside a small, high-performing team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range between $50,000 and $55,000.
- Equity options available as part of early-stage company growth.
- Direct collaboration with company founders providing significant influence on strategic direction.
Additional Information
Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. The role requires full-time onsite presence in Berlin, working five days a week with a close-knit team.
