Role overview

Key duties
- Plan staffing and work schedules so operations run smoothly.
- Oversee staff who prepare, portion, and assemble food.

- Estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal production.
- Check that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns.
- Keep accurate records for stock, equipment repairs, sales, and waste.
- Compile and submit reports as needed.
- Monitor tray assembly for accuracy and quality.
- Create and maintain work schedules.
Supervision
