Food Lead Worker

This position is for a Food Lead Worker at Sodexo’s Itawamba Community College - Fulton Campus location in Fulton, Mississippi. The job is full-time and based on site. In this role, you will help prepare and serve menu items, support a safe and organized work environment, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The position combines hands-on food service work with coordinating others and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Work in a food service area on the client site and support operations under the direction of on-site management or supervisors.
• Help coordinate the activities of food service workers and other team members involved in food operations.
• Handle daily work assignments while also carrying out leadership and oversight duties.
• Interact with customers to support satisfaction, including quality, service, and issue resolution.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
• Take on additional tasks as needed, which may vary by account based on business needs and client expectations.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.

Compensation: The pay rate is $13 to $15 per hour.
