Role Overview

The hotel is hiring an In Room Dining Food & Beverage Assistant to join its wider food and beverage team. This position offers hands-on experience alongside experienced hospitality professionals and focuses on delivering polished in-room dining service that matches the resort's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a polished, prompt and respectful manner.
• Arrange, clear and reset trays, trolleys and tables used for in-room dining to a consistently high standard.
• Make sure each order is accurate in preparation, presentation and delivery.
• Stay attentive to guest expectations and respond quickly to questions or special requests.
• Build strong knowledge of menu items, drink offerings and daily specials.
• Handle guest orders smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
• Follow all relevant hygiene, safety and cleanliness procedures at all times.
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Food & Beverage and Front Office colleagues to create a smooth guest journey.
• Represent and maintain the property's Forbes Five-Star service expectations in every interaction.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Adare, County Limerick, Ireland. Shifts may include evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in food and beverage service within a luxury hotel is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
