Role Overview
We are seeking a Fleet Manager specialized in automobile maintenance, particularly for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM), cranes, and heavy vehicles. This position is based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and management of HEMM, cranes, and the vehicle fleet.
- Manage fuel consumption and implement fuel control strategies.
- Supervise workshop operations ensuring efficiency and timely servicing.
- Lead driver supervision and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Optimize overall fleet costs through strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is mandatory.
- Experienced in fleet maintenance, with deep understanding of HEMM servicing, fuel management, and statutory compliance.
- Willingness to relocate to Bhilai is preferred.
