Project Management

  • Coordinate internal resources based on priorities set by the line manager.
  • Prepare action plans and timelines for each incoming brief.
  • Define fragrance directions, organise evaluation sessions, assess options, and share feedback with perfumers.
  • Work with other departments to address the specific needs of each brief.
  • Ensure that sales teams receive timely and useful feedback.

Creation and Development

  • Encourage and inspire perfumers to deliver their best creative work.
  • Build trust and provide creative motivation within the team.
  • Explore promising scent directions together with perfumers.
  • Take part in developing the fragrance library.
  • Strengthen your knowledge of the olfactive identity of marketing brands.
  • Support marketing by evaluating strategic products and delivering fragrance presentations to clients when needed.

Market and Consumer Understanding

  • Improve understanding of consumer behaviour through market research.
  • Learn more about client culture by working with marketing teams.
  • Share the strongest creative themes with affiliates so they stay aligned with the collection.
  • Work with local Creative Fragrance Managers to help refine and elevate local taste preferences.

Profile

The ideal candidate has advanced perfumery training and at least 5 years of experience leading evaluation projects in the fine fragrance space. A strong interest in fragrances, solid consumer insight, and confidence working across cultures are important. The role also requires strong project coordination abilities and fluency in both English and Arabic.
