  • Use consultative selling methods to explain available financial products and services, while identifying opportunities to recommend additional solutions that fit customer needs.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and also place outbound calls to generate new business and share product information.
  • Work with customers on overdue accounts and help guide them toward workable repayment or resolution options.
  • Take part in structured, hands-on training and one-on-one coaching to strengthen product knowledge and confidence.
  • Follow company procedures and all applicable regulations to safeguard customer data and protect company resources.

  • Confidence in discussing and promoting products or services in a sales-focused setting.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Good problem-solving ability and a practical approach to customer issues.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and procedures in a changing environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework or a degree is an added advantage.
  • Background in customer service, sales, or consumer finance is preferred, though not mandatory because training will be provided.

Work location and schedule

The role is based at 1101 8th Street East, Saskatoon, SK S7H 0S3. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
