Financial reporting

  • Prepare recurring financial reports covering KPIs, budget monitoring, revenue collection, and other ad hoc requirements.
  • Lead revenue analysis discussions with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute observations and recommendations.
  • Gather and consolidate payables, receivables, cash flow, investments, and related items for the annual financial plan.
  • Develop the yearly financial plan, covering payables, receivables, cash flow, investments, and similar elements.
  • Assess the financial impact of issues, examine revenue collection failures, and propose corrective solutions.
  • Ensure collection, deposit, and revenue records are maintained accurately; analyze failures and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Prepare forecasts for tax, customs, and zakat revenue, along with refund projections, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide timely, detailed, and actionable insights to help stakeholders understand business performance and support planning and decision-making.

Organization and operations

  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and standard operating processes to ensure work is performed in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Assist in resolving escalated issues and support junior team members so work continues smoothly and efficiently.
  • Refer complex cases to the appropriate authority to ensure issues are properly closed.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

People management
