Responsibilities

• Independently support the preparation of global monthly reports and analyze key financial and corporate performance indicators.
• Participate in operational accounting activities, notably recording business transactions, managing dunning processes, and overseeing payment runs.
• Prepare and follow up on cost center discussions, including generating target-actual and variance analyses.
• Contribute to international finance projects aimed at harmonizing, standardizing, and digitizing financial workflows.
• Develop and continuously enhance project and management reporting.
• Create statistical reports ensuring timely submission to external agencies.
• Assist in annual budget planning and engage in forecasts and other planning processes, encouraging innovative input.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration focusing on finance, controlling, or accounting.
• Preferably some professional experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or financial bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling principles.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Business-oriented mindset.
• Good command of German and English languages.
