About the role

Securitas Germany is looking for a Field Training Officer for its datacenter operations in Frankfurt. In this position, you will lead and coordinate training processes, shape learning programs, and support their delivery across different teams. The role is designed for someone who can combine structured planning with hands-on facilitation and quality control.

  • Annual pay: €75,000 to €77,000
  • Company car available for private use

What you will do

  • Set, plan, and execute training objectives in line with security and program guidelines.
  • Work closely with regional security managers to review trends and identify training needs.
  • Organize, prepare, and deliver training sessions for security staff, supervisors, site management, and headquarters teams.
  • Assign and manage training activities in the learning management system and keep training records up to date.
  • Create, revise, and facilitate training content and materials.
  • Regularly review documents and carry out quality checks to ensure current standards are maintained.
  • Represent the training function in cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement and document development.
  • Perform audits, reporting, and site visits, including international travel of up to about 40%.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in education, training and development, security, or a similar field.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in training, training coordination, or learning development.
  • One to three years of leadership experience managing small teams or projects.
  • Background in an international environment, ideally within a datacenter or security-related setting.
  • Authorization under section 34a of the German trade regulation (GewO).
  • Very strong German skills and English at C1 level.
  • Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver’s license.
