Nuvo Charge is a fast-scaling technology business that provides modern mobile charging solutions for busy locations across Ireland. Its charging units are built for today’s consumers who depend on their phones while out and about.

As the business grows across the country, it is assembling a high-performing field sales team to accelerate adoption in hospitality, leisure, healthcare, and public-facing venues. The team environment suits commercially minded people who enjoy a fast-moving setting, measurable targets, independence, and the chance to make a direct impact.

Role Overview

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding the Nuvo Charge network nationwide by securing new venue partners for charging unit installations in places with high customer dwell time.

This is a countrywide, field-based position for a proactive sales professional who can source leads, manage prospects through the pipeline, win new partnerships, and help ensure each new location is installed and onboarded successfully. The role is key to building the network and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find, approach, and convert new venue partnership opportunities across Ireland.
  • Meet venue owners and key decision-makers in person to explain the offering and win business.
  • Present the product clearly and persuasively, showing its value to prospective partners.
  • Source leads independently and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to move conversations forward.
  • Handle negotiations and finalise commercial agreements with venue partners.
  • Support the installation of Nuvo Charge units and coordinate the process smoothly.
  • Help new venues get set up and onboarded without friction.
  • Hit and surpass monthly sales and installation targets.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and ensure pipeline updates are current.
  • Share market feedback and field insights to strengthen commercial planning.
  • Represent the brand professionally in every interaction.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will already have experience in field sales or direct business development and will be confident in communicating, negotiating, and closing deals. You should be self-driven, commercially aware, and comfortable working to targets with minimal supervision.
