It delivers complete support across the full setup process, including EPOS and payment configuration, transparent pricing, and clear visibility of costs. The team also takes care of installation, employee training, and ongoing technical assistance so the solution is deployed properly and continues to run smoothly. Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ireland for a Field Sales Executive. The role focuses on generating new business in the hospitality and retail sectors for EPOS and integrated payment solutions.

You will meet prospective and existing customers in person, demonstrate products, understand business needs, and recommend solutions that fit each client. The position covers the complete sales journey, from lead generation through to closing deals, while also preparing proposals and quotations and keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.

Day-to-day work also includes partnering with technical and support teams to make onboarding smooth, attending local industry events, and managing accounts to build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitality and retail.
  • Sell EPOS and integrated payment products through in-person client engagement.
  • Visit prospective and existing customers to present solutions and run demonstrations.
  • Assess customer needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.
  • Handle the sales process end to end, from initial lead generation to final closure.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and related sales documents.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and customer details in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with technical and support colleagues to support successful onboarding.
  • Attend local industry events to support market presence and business development.
  • Provide account management to nurture repeat business and long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Background in field sales, business development, or account management, ideally in technology, payments, or EPOS.
  • Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable explaining technical topics in a clear, customer-friendly way.
  • Basic understanding of cloud systems, payment processing, and point of sale solutions, with the ability to learn product details quickly.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, managing sales pipelines, and working toward targets and KPIs.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across Ireland.
  • Ability to work independently, plan schedules well, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
  • Experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with EPOS or payment solutions is an added benefit.
  • Education in business, sales, or a related area is preferred, though equivalent practical experience may be accepted.
