Role overview

This is a field-based sales role in Bhopal, where you will work with doctors, clinics, pharmacists, and distributors to grow product awareness, generate prescriptions, and support territory-level business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Present and explain the company’s products to doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture long-term working relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors to improve product visibility and prescription demand.
• Carry out regular field visits and work toward monthly sales targets and overall business objectives.
• Plan and take part in CMEs, product demos, and similar promotional initiatives.
• Gather market insights and share feedback on competitors, customer needs, and industry movements.
• Keep daily call logs and sales records updated, and follow up promptly with healthcare professionals and channel partners.

Eligibility and requirements

This opportunity is open only to candidates based in Bhopal who have at least 1 year of experience. A bachelor’s degree in any stream is expected, with preference for applicants from science or pharmacy backgrounds. Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales may also be considered if they have strong communication skills.

• Self-driven, target-focused approach with readiness for extensive travel
• Comfort working independently in the field
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
• Ability to engage confidently with doctors and healthcare professionals

Compensation and other details

The salary range for this role is ₹2,90,000 to ₹5,60,000 per year. There are 2 openings available, and the role is expected to begin immediately. The application deadline is 12 July 2026 at 11:59:59 PM.

Additional notes

This is a full-time onsite position in Bhopal. The job involves regular travel within the assigned territory and active participation in field-level sales and promotional work.
