The Doha property is positioned in the West Bay district, near the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, government offices, and major corporate headquarters. The hotel features panoramic city and sea views, well-appointed rooms and suites, acclaimed dining venues, modern meeting spaces, convenient access to local attractions, a fitness club, and a rooftop pool.

Role Overview

The hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member to deliver polished, attentive service and help create a memorable dining experience for guests. The role is centered on hospitality, service quality, and supporting the outlet’s daily operations.

The position also reflects the property’s service culture, built around doing the right thing, showing care, aiming higher, celebrating differences, and working well together.

Key Duties

  • Carry out the required food and beverage service tasks in line with the hotel’s operating standards.
  • Welcome guests, arrange seating, and serve them with professionalism, discretion, and a personal touch.
  • Build strong knowledge of the outlet’s menu so you can guide guests and answer questions confidently.
  • Keep a close watch on the quality of food and drinks being served.
  • Handle guest feedback, questions, and complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the outlet and ensure all service equipment is properly cared for.
  • Prepare the outlet before service, support during service, and complete closing tasks after service, including mise-en-place and mise-en-scene.
  • Reduce waste, breakage, and spoilage wherever possible.
  • Use upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and help grow revenue.
