This role is part of the Food & Beverage team and focuses on shaping a warm, memorable dining experience for guests. The position is not limited to serving food and drinks; it also includes creating a smooth, welcoming flow from arrival to departure so that each interaction feels thoughtful and distinctive.
Key duties
The hostess is expected to take initiative in guest service and support the overall dining experience by coordinating tables, communicating with the kitchen, engaging with guests, serving as needed, and keeping service areas and supplies tidy.
