Role Overview

Technogym Emirates is seeking a UAE National Facilities & Workplace Specialist to support the HR team and help maintain an effective workplace environment. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The role calls for practical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will help keep office operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently while ensuring the workplace remains organized and well maintained.

• Oversee day-to-day workplace activities to maintain a secure, functional, and well-kept office for employees and visitors.
• Monitor workplace services and supplies so that essentials such as amenities, consumables, and facility resources remain available without interruption.
• Handle office renovation, fit-out, repair, and improvement initiatives from planning to completion, working with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and building management to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
• Coordinate office support staff and ensure consistent standards of cleanliness, order, hospitality, and overall presentation across the workplace.
• Carry out routine inspections of the facility and resolve maintenance, safety, and operational concerns before they affect the employee experience.
• Manage external service providers and vendors, tracking service quality, contractual obligations, and performance expectations.
• Assist with health, safety, and compliance activities in accordance with company procedures and applicable local regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Open only to UAE National (Emirati) applicants.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Capable of handling several tasks at once and working effectively in a team setting.
• Comfortable using MS Office and Outlook.
