About the role
Join the facilities team at CHARLES & KEITH GROUP in Singapore as a Facilities Management Officer. This role supports the upkeep, safety, and smooth operation of company buildings, retail outlets, and tenant spaces through coordination, monitoring, and administrative follow-through.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with electricians, technicians, and the Building Maintenance Manager to organize repair work across facilities, buildings, and stores.
- Carry out routine CCTV inspections for the company’s buildings and shop outlets.
- Oversee building security systems, including biometric access and CCTV equipment.
- Arrange repair activities for buildings and retail outlets with contractors and vendors.
- Manage maintenance and repair requests raised by tenants within company facilities.
- Take care of the related administrative tasks and records for these requests.
- Support any other duties assigned by management as required.
Requirements
- A diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in facilities management and administrative work is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational and time-management ability.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore. The role involves both operational coordination and administrative support across facilities, security systems, tenants, and repair workflows.
