Role overview

Ubiquity Global Services is looking for a National Service Personnel to join the facilities team in an office support role. The position focuses on keeping the workplace running smoothly, maintaining a neat and safe environment, and assisting with daily administrative and facilities-related tasks while the candidate gains practical experience through the National Service program.

Key responsibilities

  • Help manage everyday office facilities operations and routine upkeep.
  • Keep track of office consumables and arrange replenishment when stocks run low.
  • Prepare meeting spaces, workstations, and office event setups as needed.
  • Raise maintenance concerns and coordinate follow-up with vendors or technicians.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and overall organization across office areas.
  • Support asset records and inventory monitoring.
  • Assist with deliveries, logistics coordination, and other office errands assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Applicants must not have completed their National Service yet.
  • A bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is required.
  • Good organizational abilities and strong communication skills are important.
  • The role requires someone who can handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • A professional attitude, eagerness to learn, and a positive approach are expected.

Working conditions

  • This is an office-based role.
  • Rotational shifts may be needed depending on operational requirements.
  • There may be occasional weekend or after-hours support for facility-related or HR events.
