Role overview
Ubiquity Global Services is looking for a National Service Personnel to join the facilities team in an office support role. The position focuses on keeping the workplace running smoothly, maintaining a neat and safe environment, and assisting with daily administrative and facilities-related tasks while the candidate gains practical experience through the National Service program.
Key responsibilities
- Help manage everyday office facilities operations and routine upkeep.
- Keep track of office consumables and arrange replenishment when stocks run low.
- Prepare meeting spaces, workstations, and office event setups as needed.
- Raise maintenance concerns and coordinate follow-up with vendors or technicians.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and overall organization across office areas.
- Support asset records and inventory monitoring.
- Assist with deliveries, logistics coordination, and other office errands assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Applicants must not have completed their National Service yet.
