Job description
Role overview
This is a full-time, field-oriented claims role based in South Australia. The position offers a competitive salary, eligibility for an annual performance bonus, a car allowance, and a hybrid working setup supported by a largely field-based schedule. You will be part of a respected team focused on helping customers recover after property loss or damage.
What you'll do
As an experienced loss adjuster or someone with transferable experience, you will manage claims end to end and help restore customers’ lives after property-related losses. The job involves visiting sites, identifying the cause and scale of damage, bringing in trades or other specialist support where needed, and keeping the claims process smooth and customer-focused.
You should be comfortable working independently, handling both on-site and desktop assessments, and maintaining clear communication with customers, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
Who this role may suit
The employer is mainly looking for someone with loss adjusting or claims experience, but also welcomes applicants from trade, property management, or closely related service backgrounds who can bring transferable skills and manage claims from beginning to end.
What the role offers
Along with salary and bonus potential, the package includes a car allowance, laptop, company phone, and access to additional company benefits.
What success looks like
You will be expected to write strong reports, make sound decisions, explain claim progress clearly, and provide service that is prompt, thoughtful, and professional. The role also calls for resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to keep learning as processes and information change.
