Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and attract strong candidates from a range of sectors and locations.
• Run thorough interviews to evaluate skills, work history, and overall fit with the client’s culture.
• Develop trusted relationships with candidates and support them through each step of the hiring journey.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and shape recruitment approaches that fit those needs.
• Handle the full hiring process from posting roles and screening applicants to negotiating offers and closing positions.
• Keep up with recruitment trends, tools, and modern hiring methods to improve sourcing and placement outcomes.
• Share regular progress updates and market insights with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken, with clear and effective communication skills.
• Solid background in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with freelance experience.
• Ability to connect with people easily and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.
• Comfort working on your own while managing several recruitment assignments at the same time.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and social networks used for sourcing talent.
• Good organizational habits and a careful eye for detail.
• A proactive mindset, flexibility, and readiness to take on new challenges and learn continuously.
