About the role
The Expeditor acts as the key link between the kitchen and the service floor, making sure every dish is prepared accurately, finished on time, and sent out to guests with care. This role is about speed, consistency, and attention to detail in a lively, high-energy restaurant setting.
The team is looking for people who enjoy a fast-moving environment and take pride in creating a great guest experience. The position is available for both part-time and full-time availability.
What you will do
- Coordinate between culinary and service teams so orders are delivered correctly and without delay.
- Check that every plate is presented to a high standard before it leaves the kitchen.
- Keep pace in a busy environment while staying organized and efficient.
- Work closely with the chef and management team to support smooth operations.
