Position overview

Oceanside Medical is seeking an Executive Vice President to work closely with the senior leadership team in advancing company strategy, improving operations, and strengthening overall performance. This position is centered on building efficiency, encouraging growth, and helping ensure the organization delivers high-quality healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

  • Help shape strategic plans and turn business goals into execution.
  • Guide day-to-day operations so the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead collaboration across departments and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Spot opportunities to expand the business, improve operations, and support organizational growth.
  • Oversee major projects, budgets, and the use of company resources.
  • Review business performance and share actionable recommendations with executive leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, internal policies, and relevant industry requirements.
  • Support organizational development and ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Management, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
  • Significant background in senior leadership or executive management positions.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and organizational management.
  • Well-developed leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Capability to manage cross-functional teams and complex business initiatives.

Preferred background

  • Experience working in healthcare services, medical operations, healthcare management, or healthcare consulting.
  • Exposure to organizational development, operational leadership, and business transformation work.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, performance management, and business development.
