Position overview
Oceanside Medical is seeking an Executive Vice President to work closely with the senior leadership team in advancing company strategy, improving operations, and strengthening overall performance. This position is centered on building efficiency, encouraging growth, and helping ensure the organization delivers high-quality healthcare services.
Key responsibilities
- Help shape strategic plans and turn business goals into execution.
- Guide day-to-day operations so the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead collaboration across departments and manage cross-functional teams.
- Spot opportunities to expand the business, improve operations, and support organizational growth.
- Oversee major projects, budgets, and the use of company resources.
- Review business performance and share actionable recommendations with executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, internal policies, and relevant industry requirements.

Requirements
