Role overview

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Director and VP-level roles. In this position, you will work closely with senior leaders to shape sourcing plans, build access to high-caliber executive talent, and manage the process from the initial intake discussion through to the final offer.

Key responsibilities

  • Run complete recruitment cycles for Director- and VP-level positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to define the hiring approach.
  • Develop and nurture executive talent pools through proactive sourcing methods.
  • Evaluate candidates through screening and interviews.
  • Handle offer management, negotiation discussions, and related hiring coordination.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver a positive candidate journey.
  • Use an ATS and related recruiting tools to monitor and manage hiring progress.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
  • At least 7 years of experience in recruiting within corporate or agency staffing settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire for Director and VP-level positions successfully.
  • Strong background in executive sourcing and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, ideally Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Well-developed communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
