About Wynn Al Marjan Island
Wynn Al Marjan Island is an ultra-luxury beachfront resort planned for the United Arab Emirates, with an expected opening in 2027. Positioned less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the destination is being developed as a premium leisure and entertainment property on a scenic island reaching into the Arabian Gulf. The resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, a nightclub, and a five-star spa.
About the Role
The resort is looking for an Executive Host / Hostess - International Marketing to join its International Marketing team. This role focuses on managing valuable gaming guests, strengthening relationships, driving repeat visits, and supporting revenue growth through high-touch hospitality and player development.
Player Development and Revenue Growth
- Oversee and expand a dedicated portfolio of high-value domestic gaming guests.
- Review guest gaming behavior, theoretical value, visit patterns, and overall worth to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Actively encourage and arrange additional trips to increase visitation and gaming revenue.
- Deliver against, and aim to surpass, assigned revenue and player development goals.
- Reconnect with inactive guests through targeted outreach and re-engagement efforts.
Guest Relationship Management
- Act as the main contact for assigned guests and provide smooth, highly personalized service.
- Develop long-term relationships through regular communication by phone, messaging, and face-to-face interaction.
- Lead property tours and host visits on site to deepen guest engagement.
- Handle VIP guest details and preferences with discretion and professionalism.
Event and Experience Execution
- Invite, coordinate, and host premium guests at gaming events, tournaments, and exclusive marketing activities.
- Organize guest participation in promotional programs and VIP experiences.
- Support flawless delivery of guest stays, including bookings, transportation, and customized amenities.
Operational and Administrative Duties
- Keep player records accurate and current in CRM tools, including preferences, service history, and performance information.
- Manage discretionary comps in line with internal policies and approval limits.
- Prepare recurring reports covering player performance, trip summaries, and revenue monitoring.
- Follow internal controls, responsible gaming standards, and UAE regulatory rules.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Gaming Operations, VIP Services, Hotel Operations, F&B, and Events teams to create exceptional guest experiences.
- Work with Marketing to execute domestic campaigns and reinvestment strategies for players.
- Contribute to resort-wide initiatives designed to improve the premium guest journey.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant brings a background in hospitality, marketing, business, or a related discipline, along with experience in gaming hosting, player development, luxury hospitality, or VIP relationship management. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of gaming metrics and comp handling, a track record of meeting revenue goals, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with discretion in the UAE market. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and gaming systems is highly desirable.
Working Conditions
This is an onsite, full-time role. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on business needs.
