About the Role
We are hiring an Executive Governance Specialist for the Executive Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is intended for a highly organized professional who can help strengthen governance structures, support executive reporting, and coordinate strategic activities that align with business goals.
The role calls for someone who can work confidently with senior leaders and different teams across the organization, while bringing strong communication, coordination, and analytical capability to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Help build, refine, and maintain governance frameworks as well as executive management workflows.
- Liaise with internal teams to keep activities aligned with the company’s strategic and corporate priorities.
- Draft executive-level reports, presentation materials, and governance records.
- Review corporate performance information and turn it into practical insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Assist executive leaders with stakeholder communications and governance-related programs.
- Contribute to stronger strategic decision-making and broader corporate oversight.
- Work alongside senior management to improve how the executive office operates and how governance is handled.
- Share recommendations on governance design and stakeholder engagement approaches.
- Make sure internal governance rules and procedures are followed.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Public Administration, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Governance, the Executive Office, Strategic Planning, PMO, or a comparable area.
- Good working knowledge of governance structures and executive reporting practices.
- Background in collaborating with senior stakeholders and teams across functions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively.
- Comfortable handling several priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
