Role overview

This position is based in Delhi and is focused on driving food sales within villa operations. The role calls for strong operational oversight, consistent food standards, and the ability to support a productive and cooperative kitchen setup.

Key responsibilities

  • Create innovative seasonal menus that align with customer preferences while keeping costs under control.
  • Monitor inventory and manage supplies so kitchen operations remain smooth and waste is reduced.
  • Build and roll out training plans that improve kitchen staff capability and overall performance.
  • Carry out routine kitchen audits to ensure health, safety, and internal quality requirements are being met.
  • Support owner-related and guest-management tasks as needed based on business priorities.

Candidate profile

  • Professionals with 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience are preferred.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Hospitality is expected to support the team’s service and operational standards.
