Role overview
This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle all applications and the later stages of the hiring process. The partner is seeking an Executive Business Partner located in Germany.
The role supports a senior leader responsible for growth and operations, serving as a dependable operator at the center of executive priorities and business execution. It combines executive assistance with operational coordination, requiring strong analytical judgment and the ability to create order in complex, fast-paced situations. You will work across strategy, analytics, and cross-functional delivery to make sure priorities are well defined, monitored, and executed with speed and accuracy. The position is highly influential and helps shape how effectively key initiatives move across the business.
This role is well suited to someone who performs well in uncertain environments, enjoys solving operational problems, and can turn data into practical next steps. It involves connecting teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to strengthen alignment, accountability, and execution quality.
Key accountabilities
- Act as the main operational partner for a senior executive by managing priorities, follow-ups, and strategic workstreams.
- Develop executive-ready materials such as agendas, briefing notes, summaries, and action trackers to support decision-making.
- Join important meetings, document outcomes, and help ensure that agreed actions are followed through across teams.
- Coordinate initiatives that span Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
- Monitor business priorities, deadlines, deliverables, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Strengthen internal processes through better documentation, simplification, and operational structure.
- Support business reviews, forecasting cycles, and performance reporting for revenue-related functions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive analyses that enable informed decisions.
- Spot opportunities to automate tasks and improve workflows for greater efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Product Operations, Chief of Staff, or Executive Support roles.
- Demonstrated analytical ability, including experience creating reports, dashboards, or executive insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear messaging.
- Excellent organization, close attention to detail, and the ability to balance several priorities at once.
- Background working closely with senior leaders in fast-moving, data-led environments.
- Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving approach with the confidence to question assumptions and suggest structured solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience using automation or AI tools to improve workflows is beneficial.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Benefits and additional information
- Compensation is competitive and aligned with your experience and location.
- The role is fully remote.
- Equity participation is offered through an employee stock option plan.
- Home office support is provided, along with professional development reimbursement of up to $1,500.
- Paid time off is generous and includes holidays, personal days, and volunteer days.
- Wellness support is available, including fitness and mindfulness programs.
- You will work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives that have a meaningful impact.
- The role offers exposure to cross-functional business operations within a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
