What you will do

  • Partner with the CEO and the CEO’s Personal Assistant to manage priorities, meetings, and important leadership activity.
  • Coordinate the CEO’s schedule, engagements, and internal interactions so time is spent on the most critical business matters.
  • Prepare briefing packs, presentations, and reports for key meetings, leadership conversations, and strategic forums.

  • Organise Executive Leadership Team meetings, including agenda preparation and tracking decisions and actions.

  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
  • Review updates from across the business and turn them into concise summaries or briefings when needed.
  • Help draft internal communications and leadership updates from the CEO where required.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and executive off-site events.
  • Bring structure to the CEO’s workload and priorities so next steps are clear and progress is maintained.
