This opportunity is with an established professional services organization seeking an Executive Assistant to support the founders. The position combines senior-level executive assistance with practical coordination across business and selected personal needs. The role calls for someone who can stay several steps ahead, manage a wide variety of tasks, and contribute to a collaborative team environment while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Core responsibilities
- Handle demanding calendars by organizing meetings, appointments, events, and scheduling priorities across multiple locations for both business and personal commitments.
- Arrange end-to-end travel for work and personal purposes, including transportation, lodging, and event logistics.
- Prepare and refine professional documents such as correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials used for operations and special initiatives.
- Support invoicing, investment-related processing, expense tracking, and general administrative coordination for daily business activity.
- Act as a dependable point of contact between leadership, internal colleagues, vendors, and outside partners while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist with company events and carry out special projects with strong follow-through.
- Provide personal support such as errands, purchasing, household coordination, and managing individual calendars.
- Stay ahead of executive needs, solve problems proactively, and keep all moving parts organized and progressing.
