Role summary
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for an Executive Assistant based in Dublin or the Greater Dublin area, with a requirement to be close to the Dublin city centre offices in D2. The position supports the CEO and COO at a high level, combining executive administration with operational coordination in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
The ideal person will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, staying ahead of priorities, handling sensitive information with discretion, and helping the executive office run efficiently so leaders can stay focused on growth and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate major company events, including the annual Company Kick-Off and leadership offsites across Europe and North America.
- Work with outside vendors and production partners to manage event delivery.
- Handle board and governance logistics from start to finish, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and board materials.
- Support the CEO and COO with calendar management, meetings, and complex travel planning.
- Organize and prioritize multiple incoming requests from different internal teams to keep the executive office operating smoothly.
- Own the schedule, rhythm, and operational follow-through for Executive Leadership Team meetings, including agenda planning, action tracking, and accountability.
