Position overview
TRUVIS International Services is looking for a driven and highly energetic Executive Assistant to support the Company Manager in sales operations, client relationships, and business development. In this role, you will be a central connection point for senior leadership, clients, and internal teams, helping strengthen the company’s growth and professional standing.
The position calls for strong initiative, excellent communication, and a commercially minded approach to work.
Key responsibilities
You will provide executive-level support, assist with sales coordination, and help maintain smooth client interactions and internal administration.
- Keep the Company Manager’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence organised with accuracy and discretion.
- Prepare briefing packs, agendas, presentations, and post-meeting follow-up materials.
- Manage confidential communication and sensitive information professionally.
- Assist with prospect research, lead tracking, and pipeline updates.
- Support the creation of proposals, capability profiles, and client-facing commercial documentation.
- Coordinate sales meetings, client calls, and business development follow-ups.
- Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables linked to client engagements.
- Serve as a polished liaison between the Company Manager and TRUVIS clients, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
- Help with client onboarding, relationship touchpoints, and satisfaction follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally in both written and verbal client communication.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and internal reporting tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cross-functional work is completed efficiently.
- Prepare meeting minutes and distribute agreed actions for follow-through.
Requirements
Applicants should bring a relevant degree, solid experience in support or client-facing business roles, and strong language and organisational capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Relations, or a closely related subject.
- Additional training or certification in sales, CRM systems, or business administration is an advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an executive assistant, sales support professional, or in a client-facing business role.
- Experience in advisory, consultancy, real estate, financial services, or other professional services settings is preferred.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Arabic fluency is strongly preferred and will be a major plus.
- Strong initiative, self-drive, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good commercial awareness and a sound understanding of client relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence across formal and informal business settings.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and multitasking ability.
- Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with CRM tools.
- Discretion, reliability, and a professional approach to confidential matters.
- Presentable appearance and a confident, polished manner.
- Ability to engage with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders at different levels.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented problem solver with ambition to grow in a dynamic advisory environment.
