About the Role

In this Executive Assistant role, you will help improve the productivity and operational flow of leaders and their teams within the Revenue & Partnerships organization. The role calls for excellent organization, thoughtful prioritization, discretion, and a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment. It is well suited to someone who is self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to 3 to 4 go-to-market leaders and their teams.
- Take ownership of complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for senior leaders.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Plan and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure action items are documented, shared, and tracked through completion.
- Handle cross-functional coordination, including team communications, all-hands support, and internal event logistics.
- Arrange detailed travel plans and manage related coordination.
- Lead planning for team offsites and events, including vendor coordination and end-to-end execution.
- Support budget tracking and expense administration across teams.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination, ideally in a fast-paced technology or growth-stage company.
- Background supporting Directors, Senior Managers, or comparable senior team leads.
- Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and a clear sense of accountability.
- Resourcefulness, initiative, and the ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and anticipate needs before they are raised.
- Strong emotional intelligence along with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build dependable working relationships and support colleagues across functions.

Pay is determined by role scope, responsibilities, experience, skills, and location, and may change in line with applicable compensation and benefits plans.
Compensation range: USD 96,000 to USD 108,000.
