Job description

Role Overview

This position is with a Bali-based organization that works across construction, real estate development, brokerage, and investment activities. The Executive Assistant will act as the main coordination hub for everyday operations, ensuring communication, follow-ups, records, and reporting stay organized and on track.

Working Arrangement

  • Full-time role with a 40-hour workweek
  • Remote position
  • Working hours aligned to Bali
  • Target start date: ASAP

Compensation

Monthly pay is USD 700 to 1,000, depending on relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage WhatsApp, email, and internal messages quickly and professionally
  • Monitor open tasks, requests, and deadlines across several businesses
  • Follow up proactively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Keep GoHighLevel CRM records current and accurate
  • Maintain a tidy Google Drive structure with well-organized folders and easy-to-access links
  • Prepare short daily updates for the founder covering completed work, pending items, and any blockers
  • Keep an overall view of active deals and ongoing projects
  • Create weekly reports on follow-ups, bottlenecks, risks, and delays
  • Make sure each deal or project has a clear next step
  • Assist with meeting preparation, contracts, and related documentation

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant role
  • Prior exposure to construction, real estate, or property development is highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, especially GoHighLevel
  • Strong organizational skills and a dependable approach to task tracking and follow-up
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a structured, proactive, and reliable manner
  • Comfortable handling a large volume of communication
  • High integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Indonesian language ability is helpful, though not mandatory
